The Arab rulers concluded their 22nd Summit meeting today, 28th March, 2010 after two days of deliberations at Sirte, Libya which was preceded by a preparatory meeting of their foreign ministers on 25th and 26th of March, 2010 who prepared the agenda for the Summit meeting.
