93 Months of Ramadan Have Passed Without a Khaleefah!

O Muslims let this be the Last Month of Ramadan We have Without a Khaleefah!
Praise is to Allah سبحانه وتعالى who made us witness the month of Ramadan, its beginning is mercy, its middle is forgiveness and its end is protection from Hellfire. Ninety-three months of Ramadan have passed without a Khaleefah. Here we are welcoming another new Ramadan and we are divided and torn. The Muslim Ummah since the destruction of the Khilafah in 1342 AH has never fasted the month on the same day. When we had our Khilafah, we fasted on the same day and celebrated Eid on the same day. Since then we have been falling from one disaster to another and from one calamity to another, we became torn and dispersed, and lost our strength, because we lost our State.
Our statistical number exceeded a billion Muslims, yet we are like the foam on the sea. Our Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم saying matches our reality:
"The people will soon summon one another to attack you as people when eating invite others to share their dish." Someone asked: Will that be because of our small numbers at that time? He replied: "No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be like the foam on the sea that is carried down by a torrent, and Allah will remove the fear of you from the breasts of your enemy and place wahn in your hearts." Someone asked, "What is wahn (enervation)". Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him), He replied: "Love of the world and dislike of death." [Ahmad Bin Hanbal]
This is how the Crusaders states headed by America and England gathered to attack the Muslim lands. They occupied its blessed land, and killed its Muslim sons, they stomped their feet on the sanctities and the holy places of the Muslims, and looted their wealth, and they were undeterred; but on the contrary, the rulers of the Muslims served continuously the policies of those colonial Kuffar. They worked to tarnish the revolutions that sprung against the oppressive dictatorial regimes, and were rivaling to betray Muslim blood in Syria and Iraq.
O Muslims! You know that Ramadan is the month of the Qur'an, and Ramadhan is the month of mercy, forgiveness, baraka, and protection from Hellfire, consequently we must increase our Nawafil in addition to the obligations, and to resort to repentance and seeking forgiveness, and to bow and prostrate accurately. You know also that Ramadan is the month of Jihad and conquests, and that establishing the rightly guided Khilafah is a great obligation; by it other obligations are fulfilled. Khilafah is the crown of obligations, by it alone the banner of jihad is raised high, and by it alone life, honor, and wealth are protected. By it alone Muslims will regain their past glory, status, and esteem. Therefore we must rush to re-establish the rightly guided Khilafah state in this noble month, not fearing any criticism.
O Muslims! Enough waiting, it is time for you to work for the establishment of the Khilafah. Work so that this is the last Ramadan without a Khaleefah, and for the return of our Ramadan as it used to be: the month of victory and conquests; this matter is easy to Allah سبحانه وتعالى. In this blessed occasion of the month of Ramadan, we in Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Turkey, wish you and the Ummah a Ramadan Mubarak, and ask Allah سبحانه وتعالى to make this month the month victory for the re-establishment of the rightly guided Khilafah, and to bestow upon the entire Muslim Ummah the good in abundance.
"O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered"

An advice to Muslims working in the financial sector

Assalam wa alaikum wa rahmatullah wabarakatahu, Dear Brothers & Sisters, We are saddened to see Muslims today even those who practise many of the rules of Islam are working in jobs which involve haram in the financial sector. They are working in positions which involve usurious (Riba) transactions, insurance, the stock market and the like. Even though many of the clear evidences regarding the severity of the sin of Riba are known, some have justified their job to themselves thinking that they are safe as long as they are not engaged in the actual action of taking or giving Riba. Brothers & Sisters, You should know that the majority of jobs in the financial sector, even the IT jobs in this area are haram (prohibited) as they involve the processing of prohibited contracts. If you work in this sector, do not justify your job to yourself because of the fear of losing your position or having to change your career, fear Allah as he should be feared and consider His law regard

Q&A: Age of separating children in the beds?

Question: Please explain the hukm regarding separation of children in their beds. At what age is separation an obligation upon the parents? Also can a parent sleep in the same bed as their child? Answer: 1- With regards to separating children in their beds, it is clear that the separation which is obligatory is when they reach the age of 7 and not since their birth. This is due to the hadith reported by Daarqutni and al-Hakim from the Messenger (saw) who said: When your children reach the age of 7 then separate their beds and when they reach 10 beat them if they do not pray their salah.’ This is also due to what has been narrated by al-Bazzar on the authority of Abi Rafi’ with the following wording: ‘We found in a sheet near the Messenger of Allah (saw) when he died on which the following was written: Separate the beds of the slave boys and girls and brothers and sisters of 7 years of age.’ The two hadiths are texts on the separation of children when they reach the age of 7. As for the

Q&A: Shari' rule on songs, music, singing & instruments?

The following is a draft translation from the book مسائل فقهية مختارة (Selected fiqhi [jurprudential] issues) by the Mujtahid, Sheikh Abu Iyas Mahmoud Abdul Latif al-Uweida (May Allah protect him) . Please refer to the original Arabic for exact meanings. Question: What is the Shari’ ruling in singing or listening to songs?  What is the hukm of using musical instruments and is its trade allowed? I request you to answer in detail with the evidences? Answer: The Imams ( Mujtahids ) and the jurists have differed on the issue of singing and they have varying opinions such as haraam (prohibited), Makruh (disliked) and Mubah (permissible), the ones who have prohibited it are from the ones who hold the opinion of prohibition of singing as a trade or profession, and a similar opinion has been transmitted from Imam Shafi’i, and from the ones who disliked it is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal who disliked the issue and categorised its performance under disliked acts, a similar opinion has been tran
